There was no parking when we got in on Friday night and we had to park illegally. Old fashioned air conditioner was rather loud. However we loved how cute and quaint the place was and it’s fabulous location! Neighbors were awesome too.

The room was clean. Right in town, but the bathroom was terrible, if you have any knee issues. The toilet was not ADA approved. It was like a grade school old fashioned toilet.

A cute nostalgic in featuring a real key, for the door. Room was clean and well-kept. Glen Arbor is like a trip back in time, with a real grocery store and several taverns, with good food. We look forward to staying again, during the summer.

This is a very well run hotel. It is clean, convenient and located in the heart of one of Michigans premier Vacation towns. Oh so convenient. Within walking distance to the heart of Glen Arbors restaurants, shopping and art galleries. Enjoy!

There was no staff on the property, so check-in had to be accomplished via text message. Times are tough, but this was a bit awkward.

this was a cute and comfortable place to stay with extremely friendly and helpful staff... the location was excellent as well. the facilities are older and the rooms are not large. the rooms, however, are clean and cozy, and nothing was broken or not working, just older. i would stay here again for sure!!!

For the price this was not good value. Plus is that is in middle of glen arbor. Nice front yard with seats and can walk to a beach. No ice machine, tv hard to figure out, saw no employees the whole time we were there. The room above us and to the side made noise at all hours. My husband had a theory what was going on that I wont say here. The AC outside made a drip onto our wall AC that went on all night. Furniture and rug very old and shabby. Beds were firm which I like. Checkin is by phone and checkout leave the key in the door. I guess nothing to steal but the tv, but why do they not have a dropbox.

Great quaint place to lay your head. Nothing extravagant, hard keys to the rooms were awesome throwback. Room needs to updated (carpeting, drapery, bedding, etc...). Very easy to check in through contactless process and checking out in same manner.

Super location. Nice friendly staff. Comfortable beds and pillows. Nice fluffy towels. Lots of TV channels. Great restaurant next door with indoor and outdoor seating and their own brews. Definitely recommend.

I loved the contactless check in and check out. The room was clean, bed was comfortable, water was hot in the shower. You can hear noise from outside (through window AC unit) so bring a fan for white noise if you're a light sleeper!

Charming little inn within walking distance of all of Glen Arbor. Everything was fresh and clean, contactless check-in via text was very easy and communicated well. I was excited to find a king-sized bed in this area. You're definitely paying for the location. This was nothing fancy, but it met our needs very well.

Great location to downtown Glen Arbor. Short drive to the Dunes. Too bad most of the restaurants were closed for the season, workers went back to college. Better be there more than a week before Labor Day

Rude Staff

The location is incredible, but the room was not great. It is not a bad value, but the room (and water) smelled badly, felt wet, and was dirty. The worst part was that the staff were remarkably rude.
