"이 호텔에서 제일 좋은 스위트룸을 예약했는데 들어가자마자 후회함. 방 레벨도 너무 낮고 제일 비싼 스위트룸인데 레이크뷰가 하나도 없었음. 제일 기대한 호텔이었는데 실망이 너무 큼. 냉장고에 물이 있었는데 어디서 가져왔는지 병에 수돗물을 넣어둔 느낌.. 며칠간 예약 없었으면 열려있는 물병에 물이 며칠 방치되었을지… 남편 생일 기념 여행이라고 했는데 축하 메세지도 하나도 없음. 그나마 좋았던 것은 조식은 나쁘지 않았고 조식에서 보는 레이크뷰는 좋았음. 할슈타트 내의 위치도 나쁘지 않음. 그냥 패밀리 룸이지 스위트룸이라고 하면 안될 것 같고 이 호텔 예약할 거면 일반 레이크뷰 룸으로 예약하는 것을 추천. 같이간 4명 모두 이 호텔 스위트룸에는 실망했음."

"Room was spacious with a view of the lake. It is run down a little bit but we were satisfied with the interior. It is up the hill, and thr parking is far and challenging, just as they communicated in an email before we arrived. We were able to find parking at P1 and take a shuttle to the the common area to walk up to the hotel. "

"Coming to visit from the U.S. this type of hotel is charming, not new or renovated but like walking back in time and visiting Grandma. Simple, sweet and wholesome. Took a morning walk at 7 am and wow! The beauty of this little village is unforgettable and after a quick breakfast, it took us only 10 minutes to travel to Halstatt and beat the crowds for an unforgettable walk through that postcard beauty."
