「Beautiful location!」

「Quaint, comfortable, best location, quiet with fabulous functional kitchen. I felt like being at home after a busy exploring day. I highly recommend Der Ulmenhof. Professional and friendly staff made me feel welcome. Thank You!」

「The check-in was about 8km away (which was in town and the house was out of town). When we got to the location it was not marked and we only knew it from the picture on the reservation. There was no one there which we knew but there was nothing there telling you the internet password- luckily, we saw someone else who told us. We sent 4 messages to the host and it took over 24 hours for a response. The room was large and clean except for all the bugs & flys (at checkout they simply said it was...

「There were several issues. To resolve these, one has to communicate by email with the "Support Team". There is no on-site reception or support staff. Almost every time with over 30 emails, the response came from a different person who paid no attention to the earlier emails. As a result, response was very slow (several days), or no response at all.」

「It is rare when the actual hotel room looks better in person than in pictures but, that was the case here! Awesome room, well located! Great choice 」
