"This is a popular hotel in the Lake District, and I couldn't believe my luck in actually booking it! (So thrilled!) The room's view is absolute perfection—nothing but lake and mountain vistas. We sat on the balcony enjoying the lake view in the morning and stargazing at night—so romantic and relaxed. The hotel also provides L'OCCITANE toiletries. The breakfast provided by the hotel was quite good as well! The location is also excellent—you can see it right after getting off the ferry."

"The room is spacious and neat, with a fast-food restaurant and a supermarket downstairs. It is only a 15-minute walk to the train station. Special thanks to the staff for helping us check in after 11 PM."

"The room is clean and comfortable. However, there is no air-conditioners during the heat wave. Opening the window was not an option since there was loud music at the lakeside and people shouting till 1 am. It is not near the city center and it takes around 15 mins. However, walking along the lakeside to city center is very pleasant. Parking is also easy."

"客房乾淨舒適豪華，雖然1樓的河景被很高的大樹擋住了但還是十分舒適，吹風機好用，櫃檯親切而且可以寄放行李，早餐選擇豐富（熟食有點少）可惜三溫暖時間無法配合所以沒有體驗到。整體來說價格雖然不低但值得這個價格。"
