"This is a great resort for families with kids up to about 6 years old. The facilities cater amazingly to thaat age group. For older kids the pool is very good and the games room is also good, but the kids program for 7-9 year olds is only ok. Breakfast buffet is fantastic, with great choices. The appartment we stayed in was a very good size with plenty of space. It is about 15-20 minute walk to the beach, which for us was fine. Der Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend und hat uns auch während einer medizinischen Notsituation jederzeit geholfen, Taxis organisiert und auch außerhalb der Essenszeiten noch etwas zur Verfügung gestellt. Die Betten waren für uns zwar sehr unbequem, jedoch wurde sofort als wir das gemeldet haben Abhilfe geschaffen. "

"Everything good, room clean , spacious and airy. Receptionist very nice. Breakfast staff lovely particularly Simon who was brilliant and spoke good English. Nice overall location ,quiet and plenty of parking. However you had to pay for parking, and the swimming pool which is supposed to be heated was very chilly and we couldn't swim. As was the jacuzzi. A shame."

"I would recommend to request the 5th floor. There is a mini golf course directly in front of the hotel and the noise level is high into the night. The advertised pool was out of order, but we got a coupon for a nearby indoor pool. Unfortunately very crowded. If you want piece and quiet, look somewhere else. "

"One of the best hotels I stayed in. Everything was perfect. The breakfast was outstanding! It had everything you could ever want. And if it wasn't there, the great staff was willing to get it for you. Unfortunately, we stayed only one night. Anklam itself is not very exciting, but it seems to be nice for outdoor activities."
