The staff is very professional, the breakfast is excellent, and the location is stunning. The whole place is quiet, the decor is a bit 90's dated, but the building, furniture, windows, bathrooms are impeccably maintained. We would definitely come back any time!

Tolle Lage jedoch etwas veraltet.

Kommen schon etliche Jahre immer im Winter. Lage ist toll jedoch die Ausstattung leider etwas veraltet und das Frühstück ist leider nichts besonderes. Kein Fisch obwohl man an der Küste ist, des Weiteren nur Kaffee aus Filter Maschine, Cappuccino bekommt man aus dem Vollautomaten. Das nicht mehr zeitgemäß, Personal ist freundlich. Früher haben wir aufs Zimmer noch eine Flasche Wasser gestellt bekommen und das wurde mittlerweile leider auch gespart. Auch beim Frühstück sind Standards wie ein Koch der Crepes oder Ähnliches zubereitet. Ist im vergleich zu anderen Hotels an der Ostsee etwas hintendran.

Vineta Residenz

Personal allesamt freundlich.Wir wohnten in der Vineta Residenz,direkt neben dem Hotel.Dort sind die Zimmer nicht so modern.Die Matratzen waren aber sehr gut.Im Haus ist auch das Schwimmbad,kostet aber extra pro Tag wie auch der Parkplatz.Wir hatten mit HP.Es gab im Hotel Buffet.Leider nur eine kleine Auswahl,1*Fisch und 1*Fleisch,etwas Gemüse,etwas Käse und Nachtisch.Frühstück war OK.Verschiedene Brötchen,Brot,Toast,Eier,Käse,Quark usw.

Alles in allem war es gut, sind schon häufiger dort gewesen. Langsam merkt man den Zimmern jedoch das Alter an. Matratze etwas durchgelegen und Ausstattung recht stark abgenutzt. Kann nur für das graue Gebäude sprechen. Unsere zwei Zimmer waren dort. Früher gab es beim Frühstück mehr Fisch so dass man abwechslungsreicher essen konnte. Ein etwas unangenehmer Geruch im Restaurant war wahrzunehmen. Alles war sauber und ordentlich. Zum personal kann man sagen durchwachsen. An Rezeption super freundlich im Restaurant bis auf einen Asiaten mit etwas gebrochenem deutsch war die Freundlichkeit ausbaufähig. Die ging auch weiter bei den Reinigungskräften. Ist sicher nicht leicht personal zu finden.

Das Hotel liegt sehr schön an der Strandpromenade. In wenigen Minuten ist man an der Seebrücke, zum Strand sind es nur ein paar Schritte. Ich bekam Zimmer 113. In der Nacht um 03:30 fing es laut an zu klopfen, es war der Lüfter im Bad. Erts das Anschalten der Beleuchtung half das Klopfen zu beenden, dafür lief der Lüfter sehr laut.. An der Rezeption wurde ich ignoriert. problem sei bekannt und wird erst im Winter repariert. Eine Frechheit, denn ich habe sehr viel Geld bezahlt um mich zu erhohlen, was hier nicht möglich war, denn dasselbe passierte an 6 Tagen 3mal. Das Frühstück war soweit ok. Rührei war an 5 Tagen nicht gut, die weichgekochten Eier hart. In einem 4 Sterne Hotel kann ich mehr erwarten. Auch das Personal in Frühstückraum war eher unfreundlich, kein Grüßen. Das andere Personal war sehr freundlich.

Konventionelles Hotel

Am Strand und Promenade gelegenes konventionelles Hotel. Zimmereinrichtung hat bessere Zeiten erlebt. Aber akzeptabel. Gleiches gilt für die Zimmergröße, die etwas größer gewählt wurde. Eltern kleiner Kinder finden gleich gegenüber (Bezahl-) Spielplatz, Fischliebhaber ein Lokal. Frühstücksbuffet wie üblich. Wer es bequem zum Strand bevorzugt kann hier buchen.

Dies ist einmal und nicht wieder Hotel.

Es begann schon damit, dass die Rezeption bei Ankunft 14:50 Uhr nicht besetzt war und wir uns im Restaurant melden sollen. Die sehr nette Mitarbeiterin sagte uns das Zimmer ist noch nicht fertig. Wir gingen ins Restaurant Kaffee und Kuchen zu bestellen.Nachdem händigte uns die Dame die Schlüssel aus, aber Anmelden konnte man sich nicht die Rezeptionisten waren im Meeting. Im Zimmer die nächste Überaschung, die Toilette? wo war sie denn? So etwas hatten wir noch nie gesehen. Den nächsten Ärger gabs beim Frühstück, Brot so hart in der Kruste das es sich nicht schneiden lies. Am zweiten Tag das Gleiche, bei Reklamation "da können wir nichts ändern" .Wir haben uns dann ein Brot gekauft. Die Wurst nur vom Billigsten und nichts wurde nachgelegt. Am dritten Tag gab es dann Wiener Würstchen geschnitten in der Brühe, eine tolle Suppe. Wir haben einmal im Restaurant gegessen, nicht der 4* Brüller. Im MS Libelle gegenüber eine ganz andere Qualität. Das beste an diesem Hotel ist das Personal, der Rezeptionist bot sogar an uns zu "Vineta" zu fahren, da das Taxi abgesagt hatte.Daß es nach 22:00 Uhr nicht mehr zu trinken gibt und die Bar nur am Freitag und Samstag geöffnet hat ist einfach nicht 4* würdig. Ach so in der "Minibar" waren 2 Weingläser gut gekühlt. Das man im ganzen Hotel nicht mit Bargeld bezahlen kann, sondern nur mit Karte muß ich wohl beim Buchen übersehen haben. Und dassganze kostet: Zimmerpreis mit Frühstück, Energiepauschale und Kurtaxe-Seviceentgeld 212,03€. pro Nacht
Brot nur Krümel.
