安排住宿房間浴室洗澡水龍頭有損害沒有修復造成水噴灑至整個淋浴空間

We booked 7 days at this hotel, but we only stay for six days at the end. The first day when we check in they told us our room's air conditioning had some problem and transfer us to the dragon pearl hotel which is just next door. Skylark hotel compensated us with a bigger room at the executive floor when we go back to their hotel on the second day. Hotel staffs are nice and helpful. General manager Mr Tam always around to make sure our stay is satisfy. It is a very good hotel overall, 15 mins walk to old quarter and military museum. swimming pool is nice, breakfast ok, but just make sure you hang the 'do not disturb' sign out of the door when you want to sleep in.

The room is so comforable that we loved to stay rather than go outside. Nice services,. friendly and helpful. It's better to visit again but not during CNY since shops are closed.
