Excelente Localização e Atendimentos

O hotel é muito bem localizado, tem garagem, o atendimento da Raquel da recepção foi primoroso, dela e do outro colega que atendem lá. A Senhora do café, faz e prepara com muito carinho e é muito atenciosa. Eu e meu companheiro fomos muito bem tratados, tudo limpo, bem localizado, excelente atendimento, café da manhã maravilhoso. Pelo custo/benefício/localização é hotel é Maravilhoso.

Não gostei, pois o nosso quarto era bem ruim, a janela do banheiro o vidro estava quebrado, então fazia vento e era uma barulheira no banheiro, parecia até que tinha alguém ali, a porta do banheiro não fecha direito, então fica batendo, as roupas de cama estavam com marcas de uso, parecia que não havia sido trocada, tivemos que virar a fronha do travesseiro do lado avesso, pois estavam sujas de maquiagem, o café da manhã simples, uma das cucas estavam com aparência meio duvidosa, daí nem comi. O bom é a localização, fica bem no centro perto de tudo. No entanto a administração precisa verificar as qualidades dos quartos.

problemas estadia hotel reservado no hotéis.com

A estadia foi uma decepção, o quarto era pequeno, com pouco espaço, cama pequena, televisão pequena e antiga, apenas com canais abertos e com imagem ruim, nos primeiros dois dias a internet não funcionou, mesmo após avisar a recepção. Banheiro mal acabado, sem janela, como um buraco no teto é uma abertura fora do padrão na parte inferior da porta que o deixava frio durante o banho. Chuveiro elétrico mal instalado, que com poucos minuto de banho já cheirava plástico queimado, pelo aquecimento da fiação, uma situação perigosa. O quarto tinha a janela voltada para uma escola que tocava um sirene ao início e fim das aulas desde 7:45 da manha ate 23 h, o que atrapalhou muito além do barulho das crianças. Pedi pra trocar o quarto, disseram que só trocariam se pagasse uma diferença, o quer achei um absurdo. De sábado para domingo disparou o alarme de uma loja vizinha e não foi tomado nenhuma providência, situação que perdurou por toda a noite.
