「Very clean and quiet. When we checked it, there was mention of a complimentary breakfast. We inquired about the breakfast, and the desk staff explained that this hotel is mainly a longer term, so breakfast was no included. We didn't consider this to be a significant issue because there are numerous locations nearby where we could get breakfast.」

「This is an older property that could use some updating. But the room and hallways were clean, beds were comfortable, and the water pressure was good. It’s in an easy location and was just what we needed for a one night stay.」

「Really enjoyed our stay at this Best Western. I was a bit disappointed at the previous BW we stayed just outside of Flagstaff but my faith in BW was restored staying at this one. Maybe the Plus is the difference. Very clean and large room. Pool and whirlpool but we didn't have an opportunity to enjoy them. Great breakfast standard eggs, sausage & bacon, yogurt and fruit juices. Will definitely stay here again on our next road trip.」

「Stayed here with extended family with an adjoining room. The room had been hurriedly cleaned as there were still clearly uncleaned things (toothpaste on the bathroom wall, behind the beds). It looks as if they are trying to renovate or have done some parts as the room looked recently redone but the main public spaces were pretty run down. The kids really enjoyed the pool. Exterior doors to the hotel did not close on their own and unfortunately our room door was able to be pushed open even when...
