However, the room was a bit in the noisy side; loud vehicles, neighboring rooms, and rooms above were easily heard throughout the stay. For what I paid, my stay met my expectations. We inquired about the breakfast, and the desk staff explained that this hotel is mainly a longer term, so breakfast was no included. We didn't consider this to be a significant issue because there are numerous locations nearby where we could get breakfast.」

「The most comfortable beds and pillows best hotel sleep of my lifetime we hated by have to wake up and get back on the road. The water park was wonderful and the slides are so much fun it is very clean and the water is warm and the hot tub works perfectly. This property offers a Starbucks onsite and full service restaurant! Choose Crowne Plaza as your next stop and you will not be disappointed! Worth every penny!」

「The room was not very clean. I opened up the couch bed and it was full of crumbs and wrappers. The floor was dirty and the soap and shower wash smelled pretty badly.」

「Stayed here with extended family with an adjoining room. The room had been hurriedly cleaned as there were still clearly uncleaned things (toothpaste on the bathroom wall, behind the beds). It looks as if they are trying to renovate or have done some parts as the room looked recently redone but the main public spaces were pretty run down. The kids really enjoyed the pool. Exterior doors to the hotel did not close on their own and unfortunately our room door was able to be pushed open even when...

「When I booked this room I got it because it was pet friendly and I have a service animal with me but when I went to tell the receptionist, I was still charged a fee when online reflected that it would be waived. Room itself was organized but the bathroom and walls were filthy. They really overlook cleaning the main areas.」
