「No extra blanket. Front desk would not answer. Housekeeping would not answer. Shower was COLD.」

「The staff are friendly and helpful, but my experience could’ve been better. It felt much more like an apartment than a hotel. First, there’s isn’t a coffee or water station. I’ve been at cheaper hotels like La Quinta Inn that managed to provide guests with a beverage station all day. It’s small comfort that’s missing. Second, the room’s lights are a cold white. It gives the rooms a clinical feel, as though you’re in an office or hospital. Third, they didn’t have a toothbrush or laundry...

「Beautiful hotel. But, we came in on July 4th expecting to be able to watch fireworks from the rooftop, have dinner, and relax after a long flight. Nope. They were having an event which was sold out, no restaurant access or rooftop. I was told bc I booked w Expedia that they don’t have the ability to let us know these things. Also, our room was dirty. Cut nails on the floor under the couch was gross. I dropped my pen and reached into a mess. Again bc I booked w Expedia they wouldn’t do anything...

「Room was clean, no linens for the rollaway bed were provided. We went to the lobby to ask for it, staff seemed a little bothered but did go to 2nd level to get it. We followed him so he could hand it to us. While waiting for our food delivery at the lobby, a person staying was asking for linens as well for the rollaway bed and also a homeless person walked in got coffee from the lobby, dropped lids on the floor and walked out with a cup of coffee.
