「It was a great vacation for our family. We really enjoyed the location, water slides, and multiple pools. We had a family suite with a private pool and it was great to swim at anytime. The al carte restaurants were outstanding. We didn't have high expectations for buffet style meals but they were great as well. The only suggestion would be glass for quests to take away from the bar. I understand the need to protect the pool surfaces so this probably isn't possible, but had to provide...

「This place is a must visit in Crete. The rooms are modern, immaculate and designed thoughtfully. The hotel is perched on a hill that provides impressive views of a stunning beach and clear waters of the Mediterranean. Check in was smooth, due to the friendliness of the staff and the restaurant is fantastic. My wife has severe celiac disease and they accommodated her allergies multiple times for breakfast and dinner and she never got sick. I highly recommend this place for any travelers...

「We were initially disappointed to hear a week before arrival that the honeymoon suite was unavailable due to repairs, but what followed was nothing short of wonderful. Our replacement room was beautiful, and the moment we saw those dramatic, serene mountain views, any lingering "what ifs" melted away. It’s the perfect escape to slow down and breathe. Even the winding, adventure-filled drive there makes the arrival feel earned. The food was another major highlight with fresh, healthy breakfasts...

「The hotel had a 80s decor and vibe, but the not-so-modern outlook is totally, if not over compensated, by the impeccable service, cleanliness, view at the breakfast restaurant, quality of food, and the ample size of the swimming pools which provide more than enough room for everybody to enjoy. We have had an amazing time there! I paid extra for a side sea view room because the picture looks like a frontal sea view, but it wasn’t, and I probably would not have chosen the same room type next time....

「Nice hotel. Nice rooms and pool area. Lovely Spa area but shame you have to book and pay for sauna. Normally are free but not a real issue. Gym looks good too but did not use. Very close to shops and restaurants. Staff were very helpful, polite and always at hand. The food in the restaurant and pool area and breakfast, also drinks were all tasty and well priced. Very lovely hotel and spa. would definately recommend and visit again」
