"It started off bad and finished just as bad. There was one employee checking folks in and unfortunately she was either new or clueless on how to do the job. When I say it took at least 30-40 min to check in I’m not exaggerating. The folks ahead of me tied her up forever and when I finally got to check in I learned why. She swiped my card no less than 4 times. First said I was declined (it wasn’t) then kept saying it was a computer issue. Room was ok but small. Woke up early with a strict timeline only to find out that there was zero soap/body wash and shampoo. Only one towel for two people. Husband went down 3 times but no one was at desk. Ended up trading toilet paper in hallway for body wash. Seriously! Went to grab a quick bite from their breakfast area so we could hit the road and nothing was working except waffle maker. A circuit breaker popped but the employee that was working the area didn’t speak a word of English so she didn’t understand anything we all were saying. The hotel is definitely not worth the price we paid. And then there wasn’t even anyone to complain to. Honestly a partial refund should be given."

"Streaming for TVs in the rooms does not work. Hotel seemed to be short staffed with regard to cleaning staff. It would have been nice to have been told, or to have had a flyer in the room that explained when and if cleaning staff planned to clean your room. Our room was not cleaned and I understand not every day but I would have expected alternate days. Never knew when and if to expect them. That not only benefits the guests but the cleaning staff as well as I always leave a tip for them if I know they are coming. Communication on things like that was poor. "

"This hotel is a disaster. Dirty, smelly, and not maintained. From dozens of cigarette butts littering the main entrance and your feet sticking to the lobby floor, to poor management at the front desk, this first impression should have made us head for zee hills and look for other accommodations. In the covered parking area sat an abandoned Holiday Inn van adjacent to a giant pile of suspicious debris, No dumpster?!. Is the van part of the pile? Crime scene? In town for a show at the West Herr, we simply needed a place to sleep. Well, that didn't work out, either. We were awakened more than once during the night by loud groups congregating and eventually passing our room in the corridor. The only operational elevator smelled awful and hadn't been cleaned for some time. The other elevator was posted with a sign that read: "Pardon our Progress", whatever that means. We didn't explore the rest of the property... no need. Oh, and the room rate was $260!! More than double the hotels.com quote!!! Steer clear of this particular Wyndham. Definitely not even close to the standards of this reputable chain."

"Especially if you have a student that attends Nazareth University, the hotel is less 15 min from Rochester Airport and less than 10 min from campus. Many food places to eat. Gas station right across the street. Less than 5 min from Highway for other local things to do. Breakfast is the same but they serve everyday. Staff is friendly. They do have a mini mart."

"Best staff ever, super friendly, I booked two rooms and without me even asking they booked me two rooms next door to each other. 24 hour fresh coffee available for free in the lobby with a mini store if you need to purchase anything in the middle of the night, everything was spotless and I mean spotless! The hotel is pet friendly so keep that in mind, we love pets so it didn’t bother us at all, free parking and great location with easy access to every road we needed. We enjoyed the hotel."

"Room was not fully clean , other guests garbage was left in the garbage bins , hairs on bedding , a lot of dust. Breakfast was horrible, 1 type of begal ( raisin) breakfast was suppose to be until 9am they ran out of a lot of items at 8am and never bothered to restock even after I asked for some items. Pool was good but pool towels were the size of a hand cloth , recommend bring your own. A lot of noise from other guests through the night , although this is completely random"
