「The breakfast was great. Charlie and Rebecca are wonderful hosts. We greatly enjoyed our 3 night stay and would certainly recommend it to anyone else. 」

「The property was charming, we felt like we were home when I walked in. It was Inviting, comfortable, tastefully decorated and clean. 「The hosts were friendly and helpful. Their recommendations for restaurants were great. Breakfast at the guesthouse was always very good. I loved the homemade yogurt and the french toast casserole was so yummy. The homemade blueberry ice cream kept in the hallway freezer along with ice was great. Drinks and snacks available at all times was a perfect touch. Our 」

「Our stay at the Fox and the Grapes was excellent! We throughly enjoyed the delicious breakfasts, the main fireplace in the great room/lobby, and fireplace in our East Lake room. This was the perfect home base for our Seneca Lake wine tour! We enjoyed meeting Guinness, the friendly B&B German shorthair pointer, who made us feel welcome as well. We will definitely be coming back! 」
