"The room reeked of smoke (non-smoking hotel) the door around the handle was black with dirt 2 the floors were dirty, the heating/ac unit smelled like something was burning when we put the heat on - we have stayed there many times but it was so dirty and the smell was awful - will probably not stay there ever again. "We were pleasantly surprised by the amenities and interior. Home is dated but sufficient for your needs. Staff were great. Access into the guesthouse makes you feel safe. Would stay again. "
