"Great views of river"

"My stay was wonderful!! We were in town for the 4th of July to view the fireworks in Alex Bay and this was the closest hotel I could get. While we wanted to do a little sightseeing, I so wish I could have had more time just to spend watching the river, utilizing pool and cooking out on the grill. We did use the firepit, which was great, just don't forget the bug repellent!!! They loved my Pennsylvania skin!! Our room was on the Riverside, but don't be concerned if one isn't available for you, just walk around poolside and enjoy the view!! I would absolutely stay there again!! "

"Stayed here for the 4th of July weekend. We loved this place everybody was so nice, the breakfast was great. My son loved the beach and kyacks they had out to use for free! Cool playground too! We were a little bummed that the pool was closed bit they say it will open back up with a lazy river! We will be back again! "

"Absolutely most unique bed and breakfast we have ever stayed in. It happened to be my husbands elementary school decades ago. Each classroom is converted into huge suites that have presidential themes. The details for the decor and history was incredible. Donna did an amazing job. Jim you are one of a kind human. The history of the place from the playroom to the library was intense. Thanks for keeping this gem preserved. Breakfast was amazing too. No parking fees or late checkout fees. It’s like being home and cared for. Access to the kitchen 24/7 for water or coffee and snacks was a perk you can’t find. "

"This an older motel but the owners have put a lot into the furnishings, window treatments & decor. It is also very clean. They also have a small area where you can have coffee along with some breakfast items in the morning. Would definitely stay there again. "

"We stayed 6 days. The area felt safe, clean, and quiet. They had many food options in the area. The staff was friendly. The price was very reasonable- especially compared to the much higher prices of other places around. "
