「Super friendly staff! Cozy B&B feel. Great location, walk to town or train station! LIRR and Pines super convenient. Amazing authentic chef made-to-order breakfast!! (And fresh artisanal continental breakfast included). Awesome and cozy speakeasy-style lounge, with special entertainment nights (check in advance). Perfect for short or longer stays. And great as a gateway to Fire Island Pines and Cherry Grove (5 mins to ferry! shuttle-style service avail). Huge clean room. Washer dryer....

「Tyler the manager was there around the clock to assist. Hotel was clean and comfortable. And near ferry for easy access. Next time I might spend more to get room with living room and private bath. sharing hallway bathrooms suboptimal? but cheaper.」

「Booked this hotel because I was trying to save money to get some sleep for a few hours. there was an odor in the room that was off-putting but we dealt with it. no major issues and nothing fancy. just a bed a tv and a bathroom. exactly what I needed」

「Rooms seem newly renovated. Very clean and spacious, TV offers Netflix and such. Only downside is you only get 2 pillows which are so thin.」

「Property definitely shows its age and is in need of some updates. Morning breakfast area was understaffed. After the first night housekeeping didn’t replace any wash cloths, so had to hunt some down. Good location and price, we only slept there so the value was there… comfortable bed and decent enough room」

「Very clean. Easy to get to. Listing as described. Bed and furniture are nice and comfy. Only thing I would add is a broom and dust pain and some Clorox wipes so guest can keep it neat. 5 stars! Very nice host. 」

「: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had an amazing stay! The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our visit. The view of the lake is absolutely beautiful and made our stay even more enjoyable. While the amenities are fairly basic, the property is exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and very well run. You can tell the owners and staff truly care about their guests and take pride in what they do. If you're looking for a comfortable, clean place with stunning lake views and genuinely kind...

「Too much noise Too many people talking in the living room since 5:00 am and I don't know if it's your staff or your guests. we live in the room 127 kept hearing the sound of doors close open close open and IMakes me very angry and cranky」

「The promo on Expedia said was near the beach.....was at least 1 mile away. The "included" breakfast consisted of brown bananas, soft apples, white bread and OJ. The main door into out room wasn't sealed. Light came in the room at night, bugs crawled underneath the door, etc. EVERYTHING was dirty.....bathroom, sheets, curtains, floor, on and on....」
