「酒店很近舊城區，地點方便，酒店新裝修，和圖片相似，但酒店房有假天花，有老鼠叫，雖然老鼠是不會走到房間裏的，但有少少恐怖。早餐簡單，不過這個價錢算合理，床上面的被單，是有毛粒的那一種，質素比較差。酒店整體還可以，前台和其他工作人員都非常熱心幫助我們，我們語言不通但他們熱心幫我們叫的士，真的很多謝他們，很熱心。」

「My stay was very comfortable with the staff being very attentive, Excellent hospitality and personal care, Staff are very good. Quality of food is highly hygienic from local restaurant. Location of hotel is just close to all shops and restaurant. Taxis and other transportation is easy available. I will surely recommend to my group. Really it was comfort trip for me. 「The hotel behind Saifee Hospital. A side entrance a bit difficult to locate. No elevators..one has to climb 2sets of stairs/2x21=42 straight steps!!! Few rooms smelled high humidity.. the whole inside walls was tiled with what looks like rcream bricks and outline done with green marble. Positive: Great location near shops, train station, walkable to Central Mumbai area, good big bed deluxe big room, clean. Negative: They don't provide toilet paper ! noisy employees all night in the corridor...

「This hôtel is not comfy. We booked for 3 rooms. But the room are so tiny that we forced them to open an other room. Whithout Windows so you feel like suffocatinng. Same for the toilets. The hygiène is not there. And most important the area is awful. 」

「Booked on-line easy check in, room clean. Bathroom was pretty clean. Great wifi.helpful staff.Except the the bed linen it didn't feel clean. Cushions had lots of blood like stains which you could see through the covers. I used my own blanket and used a Tshirts over the Cushions. When i complained they didn't think it was a big deal..as im from the uk my expectations of cleanliness was very high compared to there's. 」
