"We advised the house keeper that we were going out and would need our room service at 9 a.m. We returned at 4 p.m., our room hasn't been serviced. We were tired and needing to rest. So we just exchanged our towels. None of the cleaning staff spoke English."

"We had a great experience. The communication from them was excellent, definitely above anyone I have dealt with. The property is new but has great accommodations, especially if you RV. We rented one of the cabins."
