"We stayed over May day so that may have had an impact on the stay. This hotel has all the ingredients to make an incredible experience, great rooms, in a freshly built / restored hotel. The issue is that the setting is the experience. The staff are lovely but are just not as incredible as the setting. If you eat in the restaurant, the Chef though is very gifted, you will have to hope that nothing happens to your food on it’s journey to you. Expect a good stay and you will not be disappointed but if you are hoping for exceptional you may be."

"Great location - walkable to all city center. Our room 410 was very spacious, with huge windows, great views, mini kitchen. Private parking extra bonus. Fiona and Kevin were very welcoming at check in. Highly recommend!"

"Warm greeting, staff took our bags and led us to our room. Great breakfast buffet. Friendly and knowledgeable staff who gave great recommendations of sights, tours, bakeries, and shops. Amazing pool and sauna! And I love the bathtub in our room. "
