「Clean and parts of the room were newly renovated but other parts were not. It has a vibe of the old beach hotel it would have been in the 50s!」

「A nice room with welcome air conditioning and a comfortable bed, but overall the experience was disappointing given the expectations of the price point and Mercure brand: only paper cups provided in lieu of glasses; dreadful coffee in the room with only powdered milk that was well past its due date; and paying extra for a sea view is not worth the money as all one can see is a derelict outdoor swimming pool. Bike parking was fine.」

「The facilities were excellent. The pool, bar and restaurant were very good. The spa staff could have been more helpful but the rest of the staff were excellent. Some areas could have benefited from more attention such as the balcony floor and bathroom floor. Espresso coffee machine in the room, broke but there were so many other places to get coffee, this was not an issue. Food was excellent.」

「Bathroom with shower was super small and not super clean. Bed mattresses were also not very comfortable, but fine for one night. We stayed at two B&B hotels, this one and one in Caen and the one in Caen was much nicer so there is a great deal of difference between this chain of hotels.」

「Beau château mais les chambres d hôtes ne sont pas dans le château et pas visitable . Les équipements sont vieillots surtout le carrelage qui est cassé ( risque d accidents adultes ou/et enfants ) la nuit jardin pas du tout éclairé , petit déjeuner basic ! 」

「Not within walking distance of Dieppe. Apartment was nice but there were a few issues noted: WiFi did not work and only intermittent network access without this. Sliding door on bathroom does not close. No blind on kitchen window. Would have preferred to have more than one pillow.」
