「The standard of customer service is exceptional. Staff go out of their way to make you feel welcome. There is a very relaxing lounge area and the Caskieben bar offers an excellent food and drinks menu at reasonable prices. 「Room could do with some minor touch ups as showing signs of wear but generally okay and for what I paid for 10 nights I would consider value for money. Very basic but I knew that when booking and as I was working away I just needed somewhere to sleep and shower and this was perfect for that. 「Friendly and flexible staff made the stay very pleasant. It's a great place to rest after a busy travel journey — the beds are comfortable, and all essential amenities are provided, including a mini fridge and microwave. 「Our stay at Marcliffe was wonderful and felt truly luxurious. The staff went to every length to make sure we were comfortable. While there were small mix-ups with our breakfasts, the inconvenience was quickly overshadowed by the service of having the meal delivered to our room and the delicious cooked meals. 「My nights sleep was so comfortable I feel compelled to ask the hotel the make of their pillows, mattress and duvet. The staff were top notch from management, to reception to kitchen.
