「The location is central just 10mins walk to the train station and metro. I got assistance and my questions answered very quickly. The room was clean and had everything we needed. The breakfast places were nice and delicious. 」

Set in middle of LGBT area, the area was not that loud at night but there was a group of partyers living in a unit that partied till 5am and that was loud. Host was fast to communicate but things we requested were only able to be delivered to us the next day. Also, there was no whatsapp to communicate and we communicated over email. We also felt the apartment was not very clean and one of us kept having eye...

「Great Customer Service. You can connect with them via WhatsApp. Good location as most of the GetYourGuide tours starts from Las Ventas which is on walking distance from the apartment. Metro stop Ventas is also nearby that takes you directly to down town statio Sol.」
