「Fantastic service but location is too remote Every single attraction in Madrid is at least 15 mins away by taxi or 30 mins by public transport. Prices were comparable with central hotels, so there is little incentive to stay here. Sound proof is lacking and there was not much facility to speak of. Definitely felt closer to a 3 star hotel 」

Excellent spacious room. Self check in a bit confu

"Self check in was a bit hard to figure out (the key card and the receipt did not say which room was ours and we had to test the key to see which room was ours. Wifi in our room was not working (I tried rebooting but still no luck) "
