"I'm disappointed with this hotel. 1. the room I paid was Deluxe Room but the room I received look like the standard double room with added sofa for my kid 2. "This place was beautiful and the staff were super helpful. I went for the eclipse and the staff were great at giving me info on where to go. The view was great but was a bit out of the way for lots of the other attractions without a car I would still stay here again."

The resort js mostly old buildings from 1972 where the air, hot or cold, is pumped from one central pipe, and the thermostat placed in the room does absolutely nothing other than turning fan on or off.
