「It was my first time travel to Italy and I was pleased to stay there to start my trip. The location is great, very easily accessible, chilled neighborhood around, they have a gorgeous rooftop as well, but it seems it has not been fully utilized. Staffs are friendly and helpful. I had encountered the terrible rainstorm in Rome, thanks to it's powerful hair dryer and the 24 hr ironing room, I could wear my only coat again that evening :-) I didn't go to their spa and breakfast so cannot comment on...

「Have bus stop right in front the hotel door, you can take bus to every corner of Roma if you have bought a Roma pass. I reserve a Deluxe room, which is clean, and the space is excellent. "入住當晚，酒店表示第二天早上將對房間升級，至第二天早上又說過一日升級，結果最後說不能升級。我訂四人套房，實際上只是在中間拉個簾子，另兩單人床放在另一面墻邊。並非真套房，且價格貴過訂兩間雙人房。我到櫃檯要求換兩間雙人房，櫃檯人員記下表示要經理批准然後一直再無下文。這樣的服務真是很差！且浴室設備陳舊，洗水盆有裂紋。"
