The room was lovely, the included breakfast was delicious, the staff were incredibly helpful and kind. The only thing was the TV in our room didn't work, but we could live without it.

Nice room. Literally opposite Pisa tower and very close to airport. Nice eateries and bars close by. Room was quite hot so had to sleep with windows open as no fan provided in room.
