Calidad - Precio mejorable

Lo elegí por el concepto de hotel boutique, pero me pareció más un hotel de pueblo. La habitación no tiene encanta, es fría y nada acogedora. La TV es enana, no tiene aminities, Decía que disponible de cenas y al llegar nos dijeron que no tenían restaurante. El SPA está muy bien porque es privado, pero hay que pagarlo aparte, 25€px, exagerado teniendo en cuenta que ya he pagado 140€ por 1 noche. Para nada es un hotel de 4*. El desayuno 12€pp y fue muy decepcionante. Poca variedad y poca calidad (la tortilla de paquete). La amabilidad de la recepcionista fue lo mejor de la experiencia.

Not what we have expected...

Reception speaks English barely. Located in the outskirts of Penafiel. Restsurant was closed for dinner. Spa costs 25€ per person!!! No guest used it. Expensive, not VFM.

Nos ha desilusionado terriblemente. Para empezar, no es que fuésemos a ver la TV, pero el mando lo habían perdido los de recepción. Lo más importante fue que la ventana no ajustaba bien en el cierre, 4 grados, y entraba un viento horroroso. Tuvimos que poner la calefacción a 30 grados para poder dormir bien. No nos cambiaron las sabanas en los 3 días (un hotel de 4*) y las toallas solo el primero. El segundo día quisimos tomar algo y pedir un plato de charcutería. Eran las 21h00 y solo les quedaba chorizo y salami. Y eso que tenían restaurante en la oferta, pero estaba cerrado. En fin, una pena, porque el sitio es tranquilo y bonito pero el hotel está muy muy muy lejos de las 4*. Ah, el techo del baño estaba sin estractor, con lo que se veía el agujero. Y hablando del baño, vasos de papel, sin botes de gel ni champú ni nada típico y mínimo en un hotel con esta categoría.

Bien, pero no para 4 estrellas

En general es un buen hotel rural, no sé si para 4 estrellas. Las áreas sociales estaban muy frías, no hay calefacción. La habitación normal (estuvimos en una junior suite) pero una vez más, falla la calefacción. El aire no funcionaba y los radiadores estaban al Máximo pero aún así no calentaban mucho, hemos pasado frío. Por lo demás, Omar de recepción súper amable y dispuesto a ayudar en todo. Nos pregunto si necesitábamos pan sin gluten, todo un detalle y el bufet estuvo bien. Un poco alejado de sitios donde comer y cenar, pero eso es secundario. Hay un área donde tomar un vino muy bonita, pero fría y no invita a quedarte a menos que lleves abrigo. Por lo demás bien, no excelente.

No vale la pena

Prácticamente nada de lo que ofrece el hotel en su página web o en sus anuncios estaba disponible, solo se salvó el spa. No tenían masajista pese a ofrecer una amplia variedad de masajes, no era posible ir a la bodega por ser época de vendimia (fuimos por nuestra cuenta a otra visita así que sí que era posible) y el restaurante lo tienen cerrado desde junio. Y de todo esto nos enteramos después de hacer la reserva. El hotel se encuentra en un pueblo muy pequeño que no tiene nada así que, obligatoriamente, toca coger el coche para ir a Peñafiel para poder comer, cenar o hacer alguna actividad. En resumen, en nuestra opinión no vale la pena el precio para solo tener de una cama y una ducha.

La habitación tenía una luz de emergencia que estuvo encendida toda la noche e iluminaba toda la habitación, probamos el SPA y el agua de la piscina estaba muy fría impidiendo prácticamente el bañarte. Por último, el restaurante no estaba habilitado cosa que no se explicó a la hora de realizar la reserva.

The hotel is very nice, clean and quiet. The staff is friendly and kind. We absolutely enjoyed every moment at the hotel. The room was big, clean, the bathroom also was big. The restaurant was amazing! Excellent food, we tried a new menu and the combinations and ingredients were perfect!We are looking forward for our next stay here. It is located in Aldeayuso, near Peñafiel, were the wine bodegas ar located. In Peñafiel, we founf the most kind and lovely people! You have to come here. A magical stay!

ESTANCIA AGRADABLE EN SITIO TRANQUILO

Bonitas instalaciones, muy buena atención, habitación muy amplia, limpia y camas muy cómodas, bien acondicionada, con agua de cortesía y silenciosa. El spa muy agradable e ideal que fuera privado aunque estaban estropeadas las tumbonas del jacuzzi pero disfrutamos igualmente del resto de utilidades. Nos atendieron en la cena con mucha amabilidad y la comida nos resultó sabrosa si bien la música no acompañaba mucho (quizá hubiera sido mejor un estilo de música lounge o clásica que sería más acorde al estilo del hotel). El desayuno completo y bien atendido, aunque echamos en falta algo de fruta cortada y cereales. En resumen, cumplió con nuestras espectativas y tuvimos una estancia agradable.

Es un hotel rural con gran encanto. Es minimalista, con gran presencia de elementos ecológicos y naturales, con un gran servicio y atención al cliente. Está ubicado en una zona de bodegas de la Ribera del Duero, lo que lo hace especialmente interesante para los amantes del vino.
