It is one of the worst experience of staying in a so called “luxury serviced apartments”. My family and I experienced a fire alarm escape without clear instructions and we needed to run from 23/F to the lobby via staircase in the morning of 8:30am. We also suffered with no water supply from 9-5 during our stay. Can you imagine you have to experienced these during a travel?! How hectic it was with no running water and toilet flush in a travel? We paid for a so called luxury stay but it turned out to be NOT. When you communicated to the service team, they only told you to understand without any help, support and solutions. When I requested to talk to a senior management, the staff refused and said “he would handle the same way”! What a response!!!! Don’t trust everything you read from website. My personal experience indeed is the truth. I definitely won’t recommend this accommodation to anyone, in view of its bad service as well as many many rigid rules set for the stay.
Reasonable and affordable location in the heart of Toronto's shopping district. Yorkville was professional and easy to engage, though be careful with fees for many small things (e.g., late checkout, etc.).

Overrated and needs renovation especially the old noisy elevators; those are the worth as you hear them all the time on the move and one won’t be able to have a quiet sleep.

My only suggestions over all would be: 2 fobs for each room instead of 1, and a second set of towels. Communication was terrific, location ideal, and room really nice .

Great location, walking distance to everything. The suite we were given was NOT representative of the photos online. The room was not very clean (cloth dining chairs were terribly dirty and dusty). Some blinds were broken and wouldn’t work. Lightening was extremely poor and dull. No dish towels are provided and the paper towel quality was very cheap and not absorbent. There is a washer and dryer in the unit but it is locked up and only available to use for $50 (I state this because their communication about this was not clear). No pillow protectors on pillows either. In my opinion, the quality is definitely not on par given the neighborhood- you would expect a bit more.

The room we reserved stank of cigarette smoke. They said it was not cigarettes but whatever it was the odor was strong. They did move us to another room which was smaller and scuzzier. We had reserved a one bedroom suite but the new room was a studio. I asked for a partial refund but they refused. Overall this is not really a hotel and not really an air-bnb type lodging- it features the worst aspects of both. No real on-site support. Complicated check-in. But a fee like a real hotel. Wouldn't go back.

Beware - You are taking the risk of being double charged for your room and additional fees through duplicate emails, registration, and payment requests - as well as text messaging. The property is unwilling to accept responsibility for its chaotic digital communication system. The management is very impersonal and offers no assistance. Not for a first time visitor to Toronto.
