"there was no elevator for my handicap self and my sister on wheelchair .... the staff administator was rude because he had to help my sister on wheelchair push her up a ramp ... then the room had air conditioner that loud and noisy .... room was not vaccum as i seen dirt on the rugs ... did not stay ..."
