"Great hotel in perfect location!"

"Fantastic hotel. Well located - close to TTC station and so much to do within walking distance. Staff was well trained and polite. However, there was soap and shampoo missing; they rectified the situation after a couple of reminders. The room lighting is controlled by control boards around the room, which is truly wonderful! The bathroom is well designed and can be closed off from the bedroom area. I do think the bathroom could have been cleaner (shower and toilet area) as an establishment positioning themselves as 4.5 star hotel. Overall, great option for a few nights (3). Would book again. "

"The size of the room is bigger than most hotels at this price point, however there were fruit flies/mosquitos in the bathroom, doors that were chipped, wallpaper that was peeling off, furniture that looked tired and in need of a clean. The great restaurant from which one could order room service has closed— it was a definite draw. I have used this hotel for fifteen to twenty years for business snd personal and I realized that nothing has changed or been updated and improved. Very disappointed."

"Power went out twice in one morning to just my side of the hotel... they comped a breakfast never used it.... rooms were clean, stay kinda had their heat up their but on to other things...."

"This is my 3rd stay at this property and I will continue to stay here because of the location and the convenience of what's included in your suite. Having a fully functional kitchen with fridge, freezer, stove, oven, and microwave oven comes very handy."

"I’m very pleased with the front desk staff hospitality, especially Henry who was very friendly, approachable, and thoughtful. The location was pleasantly situated where we needed to be. Parking was very convenient. I did find stains on the linens which I’m sure it was an oversight by the housekeeping team. Overall I am satisfied with my stay experience and would return another time."

"The hotel staff was friendly, and the breakfast options were exceptional. But I left very frustrated overall and it was not worth the cost. The parking garage wasn’t working when we arrived, which incurred extra fees. The elevators were painfully slow, often leading to 10 minute waits. The room itself was very tiny, making it difficult to manage with 2 adults and 2 young children. Our window was closed off due to construction equipment blocking any view. Then were the neighbours. Due to the poor sealing around the main door, you could hear everyone and everything in the hall; from screaming kids to the party groups. Overall, a very suboptimal stay."
