"We book into this hotel on our way back from England. It is such a lovely drive over the Pyrennes and then into Torla. We have done it for the last four years and have excellent service in the hotel"

We had to ask desk staff several times to assist and finally night before leaving we were able to get ipads on system. There was no password given to guests, shouldn't be this hard to get internet service ..."
