「Nous avions besoin d'une laveuse à linge en milieu de voyage, nous avons donc opté pour un studio puisque les appartements n'indique pas la présence de laveuse. Quelle erreur, le studio est à l'arrière de l'immeuble avec une seule petite fenêtre de 3 pieds carrés dans le haut du mur. Pour ce qui est de la terrasse qui avait influencé notre décision, elle est à l'étage supérieur sur le toit et est encombrée de déchets, aucun aménagement. L'escalier pour l'atteindre est aussi encombrée de matériel...

「This is a 1 star hostel . The biggest problem is that the pictures don’t represent the property AT ALL. They are deceiving and untrue. There are no breakfast baskets orange juice, bright renovated bedrooms . This is a 2 star property with clean but very simple facilities, bedding , walls were old and stained , place was dark . It’s no a hotel and it seems , it’s a few scared rooms in a building , there was no sign to no what floor we were supposed to go to no one at the reception , we had to...

「It’s a beautiful, large apartment, with modern amenities and vaulted ceilings that also happens to be steps to the Duomo, in the old town. My only complaint is they said I’d get parking and check -in information 48 hours before my arrival but did not. I had to contact Expedia and got instructions only 5 hours before check in. That was stressful but the beauty and convenience of the apartment more than made up for that initial stress 」
