Great location

Great location in Lecce. Easy to explore city and surrounding areas via train/bus. Bus from Brindisi airport and then M1 bus took you close to the door.

The apartment was in a fantastic central location and generally quite nice, though it was somewhat dirty upon arrival. We were happy to stay there—until the last day, when the keypad system used to access the building and apartment completely failed. One member of our group was still inside, thankfully, but the rest of us were locked out. At 3 PM, we contacted customer service and were told they were aware of the issue and that a city manager would come by. We waited. Multiple new access codes were sent—none of them worked. At 7:30 PM, we left for dinner and informed support. They said they’d keep us updated. By 9 PM, still nothing. Returning to the apartment, we were still locked out with our 1-year-old crying. I called support and was asked to try the same codes again, then told to film myself doing it. When I pushed back, the agent hung up. Another supporter wrote during this call saying everything was working. The next agent asked for the same video and wouldn’t escalate. I begged them to call someone local—they refused. Finally, at 11:30 PM, a third agent actually helped. They skipped the video, contacted the city manager, and gave us an override code in five minutes. The next day I asked for a refund—it took 20 messages and being offered just 15% off a future booking before getting a fair refund. The apartment is nice, but the support system is completely unreliable. If anything goes wrong, expect hours of stress, no urgency, and no real help. Never again.

This flat was easy to get into, clean and looked like the photos. The area was great, really close to all the lovely shops and restaurants in Lecce old town. Overall I would definitely recommend!

Leider sehr enttäuschend! Zimmer war schlecht gereinigt. Vor allem auf dem Teppich aber insgesamt überall Haare von Vorgängern auf Nachfrage hieß es es wird sich umgehend gekümmert jedoch kam nur ein Reinigungsteam, welche nicht mal einen Staubsauger hatten! Der Teppich wurde mit einem Besen Solala gekehrt.. Haare blieben natürlich! Dann spät abends bei Ankunft im Stockwerk fiel der Türgriff der riesigen und schweren Tür zum Flur ab! Da die Zugänge zum Appartmemt rein digital mit Zahlencode funktionieren war dann unklar wie andere Gäste noch und ich selbst auch noch rein und raus kommen können . Kundenservice zwar per WhatsApp erreichbar aber es hieß nur ich solle doch bitte etwas zwischen die Tür stellen! Am nächsten Morgen bestand das Problem weiterhin und nach wie vor keine Lösung vom Customer Service! Für eine Kette die angeblich high end und rein digitale Erfahrung verspricht alles in allem ein absolutes Nogo! Das können andere Anbieter besser! Im gesamten Gebäude kein einziger Ansprechpartner vorhanden.. an sich nix ungewöhnliches dann muss eben auch alles in einwandfreiem Zustand sein und funktionieren!

Ho soggiornato con la mia famiglia per 2 volte al Palazzo BN. L’appartamento è molto bello e centrale ma l’assistenza è inesistente. Abbiamo riscontrato il medesimo problema (nella medesima camera) a distanza di 2 mesi tra il primo e il secondo pernottamento. La tv nel soggiorno non era funzionante e mai nessuno (nonostante ripetuti contatti whatsapp sia a dicembre che a febbraio) è venuto a verificare o risolvere il problema. Rispondono anche rapidamente su whatsapp ma senza mai mandare nessuno in loco. Immagino la situazione sia la stessa anche in caso di segnalazioni più importanti di una semplice TV non funzionante. Per rimediare hanno proposto un rimborso di 10€, ovviamente rifiutato perché mi è sembrato una presa in giro dopo che nessuno per giorni si fosse mai presentato Un vero peccato che la gestione sia così scarsa perché è davvero molto bello ed anche la posizione è eccellente.
