「We enjoyed our stay however there were things that need improvement, Bath towels were worm and could use fabric softener. The washing machine really needs a deep clean. It smells sour dishwasher also needs a deep clean and the racks don’t stay in place when you pull them out or put them back furniture was pretty soiled and could use a cleaning. Also there was no paper towel nor Kleenex on the premises just would like to know that before we come so we can bring up with us in the future, though...

「We had an amazing stay at Sweet Retreat. It is well maintained, clean and has everything that you need. We had some issues getting the outdoor fireplace to work but the issue was resolved quickly. The hospitality we received was amazing! Highly recommend booking your stay here!」

「My family wanted this to be a 5 star vacation rental but unfortunately it was not. The ice maker in the refrigerator is broken. The local team did send a kid who dropped 2 bags of ice off which was nice. But for the rate they charge for the condo they can afford to replace the fridge. The jacuzzi tub was disgusting. Filled it up, turned on the jets and BAM it was full of black gunk that blew out of the jets. They offered to send housekeeping but I refused because it should have been cleaned...

「Our family had a great time. The property was very nice and comfortable. The activities available were fun for our young family. We enjoyed swimming and tennis and ping pong, mini golf and fuse ball. It’s nice to stay in a place you can stretch out and not just a hotel where you only have a bed and TV. The staff was really nice and helpful. 」

「Great location for anyone who wants to spend time at Quail Creek or Sand Hallow. This was our reason for picking this unit. It’s also very easy to get to Saint George, the Red Rock Slot Canyon, and anywhere else with a short 10-30 minute drive anywhere. The complex is really quiet and well manicured. 「Great stay! No complaints. If you are looking for a convenient spot near Zion, this is a perfect spot. As long as you don't mind hearing the highway right behind. We didn't mind because of the convenience, and inside the homes, it wasn't too loud. Ours also provided a sound machine to help. 」

"so much extra charges. i booked cabin for maximum 6 people, but i have to pay extra 24dollars for my two kids since my booking default setting is for two adults guests(i didn't change because the cabin said max 6). have to pay extra for coffee 3dollars for a small cup machine made, ice bag 4 dollars and mini golf $5/kid, climbing, horse riding all need to.pay"
