Generally it’s a lovely property, unfortunately there was a problem with the air conditioner, it turned off 5 times during the night and woke us up on each occasion.

Great modern hotel in perfect location to city.
Great location. Comfortable and clean. Try and get a room upstairs which we had last time, this time we were downstairs with no sun and backed on to childcare facility so not quite so quiet. Restaurant good and hotel with walking distance to city and great shopping. Highly recommend. Excellent has laundry facilities free of charge.

A lovely place for just a quick stop in Toowoomba. The staff are what makes this place. We really appreciated the early check in. The staff went above and beyond and phoned us after we'd checked out to let us know we'd forgotten a phone charger. Will be back next year.

Very close to Grand Central shopping centre (~5mins walk), which is massive and has everything you need. Close to Laurel Bank Park (~5mins walk) which is beautiful in September for the flower festival. Rooms were neat, clean, and spacious. Provided with basic things like ironing board & iron, kettle, and fridge, and also extra amenities in a shared room for washing laundry, and microwave.

Located close to the town centre and a variety of dining options. Staff at reception were very friendly and recommended a lovely place for breakfast. The bed was very comfortable and room spacious.

Very convenient location. The condition of the property was great, well- renovated and good parking. The only criticism i had was the restaurant was not open for Saturday night and Sunday morning.

Property was amazing, clean and well appointed. Staff were polite and helpful, shops were in walking distance and easy to find. Bistro has great food and atmosphere, great views. Highly recommended. Will definitely be returning 5 stars !

Potters is comfortable, clean and easily accessible to Toowoomba CBD. Not that its a deal breaker, but the "Breakfast Included" option only provides you with a $50 breakfast voucher, so if you and your partner are hungry then you'll be putting your hand in your pocket for the extra $$. Just seems a little stingy to me and not stated in the Wotif booking.

Feels like a really nice motel rather than a highly rated hotel to me, which was not what I expected. Service was good and friendly but I stayed 2 nights and the restaurant wasn't open for a single meal, the room (and most rooms) do back onto some kind of childcare centre so there was loads of noise pretty early in the morning. I think my room had been freshly painted too and all I could smell was paint. It was a good place to stay but I was surprised that it was rated 9.4

The Potters is a lovely small hotel! Loved the interior decor.. loved the neat, clean bedroom & bathroom & also great to have access to the industrial size washing machine & dryer if needed Great menu & service for breakfast & dinner at the Potters restaurant; although disappointed it wasnt open for the full week! . .
