This was a very nice hotel! Nicely equipped kitchen, nice big shower, comfortable bed with extra blanket! The best was the washer and dryer in our room! The location in cbd was perfect. Close to shopping! I would recommend and would definitely stay here again if ever in Brisbane

Very nice and clean!

We stayed here our first stay in Brisbane and my husband was very upset I hadn't booked it on our return when we came back just to catch our flight back to the states. I booked next to the airport and won't make that mistake again.

Softest bed I have ever slept in. Would go again just to sleep In it

This place is a gem. The room was modern. Spacious and very clean. Check-in was very easy and fast. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We flew in from overseas and had to get Rapid Antigen Covid test kits but because we came in very late it would've been impossible to find a place to go buy these test kits late at night. We phoned reception at the hotel the day before and asked if they know where we would be able to buy these test kits at night. The lady at reception (Helen) offered...

I cannot say enough about how wonderful my stay was. The staff were brilliant, kind and helpful. The hotel room was beautiful and had everything you would expect and more. The in-room dining for dinner and breakfast was first class. Thank you for such a restful and first class experience.

Fantastic location—didn’t have to walk outside to get from the train to the hotel lobby. Comfortable room with quality bedding and a large bathroom.

Great location and stay

Front desk staff were exceptional ! I will for sure stay here again

Excellent stay - perfect sized apartment, comfortable bed, sauna & gym, supplies at the ready. My only bit of advice is to put robes in the rooms. My bathroom was thru the living room. They had them to sell but no room in suitcase/no need to buy.

The Novotel is an excellent hotel. It is right across the street from nice restaurants and shopping center. The hotel itself has a restaurant with a decent menu but the prices are a little high as you can walk across the street and purchase almost the same meal for a little less. The room was excellent as it had 2 queen beds that were quite comfortable and the linens were good and soft. The bathroom was great with a very nice walk-in shower with the shampoo, condition and body wash there on...

The location of the Pullman Brisbane Airport could not be more convenient or more easily accessed from the Brisbane Airport Terminals by either talking the walkway from the airport or taking one of the transport options located at the hotel. The Pullman also offers a convenient morning shuttle to the terminal offering a variety of different times for guests. The restaurant at the hotel offers cuisine that is outstanding - whether for entertaining guests or just for breakfast - in a very pleasant...

The staff were professional, courteous and helpful. It would have been useful to have had notepaper in the room..

Perfect location to downtown and all aspects of surrounding areas. Walk through the botanical gardens or take a ferry or walking bridge to get away from the CBD area or walk straight down Albert to everything you’ll need. Pool is great as well.
