"I booked this hotel specifically for location, comfort and air conditioning. When I arrived it was warm/hot. When I noticed the air conditioning didn’t work I went to reception I see what I was doing wrong. It turned out that the air conditioning doesn’t work until mid May. I was there the first week in May. The location was great if you are taking the train. The rooms were clean. The amenities such as soap and shampoo were minimal. "

"Room was very small - had no place to put our clothes. No wardrobe - only 4 pegs to hang clothes. Bed very comfortable and breakfast very good. Excellent staff. Overall we settled in and enjoyed the hotel. There was a very nice outdoor area. Short walk to the University of Lyon and excellent public transport - trams and underground. We would stay there again."

"The rooms were ok pretty clean but for being so new already had grout missing in the tile. If you are staying for a rugby match 10/10 on location. If there for the city and you do not have a car it is not an ideal location. Luckily we had a rental car so it was perfect for us."

"Bedroom with small kitchenette area. Reasonably equipped for those staying 3 or 4 days and not wanting to eat out every day. They have a breakfast buffet for an extra cost, which we did not use. Beds very comfortable. A bit outside the old town and tourist area…..would need to take public transit, which is right in front…..but then the cost of accommodation is lower than that if you are right downtown in the prime area."
