Sweet Staff, Affordable and Nice Hotel

The hotel was very impressive. The staff was also really sweet and helpfull. Would really recommend, and will be looking for ACE hotels in the future!

We really like our stay here as it was quiet and the staff was friendly. They know english very well, so if you dont speak French its a huge plus. We felt safe here, there were food options within 2 blocks of the hotel, and free parking.

We stayed at this hotel because of the proximity to the stadium for the semi-finals of mens soccer. The parking was free, there were plenty of restaurants within walking distance and there was a breakfast included in my fare. ACE hotel had exactly what we needed!

The front desk girl that greeted us on arrival had a lovely smile and was very welcoming. The room was very comfortable and spacious with good sound insulation. They have on-site parking which was very reasonably priced for the night.The breakfast was a buffet and again very good and moderately priced.

Basic cheap hotel

It is a very basic hotel. Cheap, but you get what you pay for! No amenities, just a bed and a bath. Could really use a kettle in the room for coffee. The gentleman at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. I didn’t get his name but he was there all three days of our stay.

Modern and very clean hotel, well- maintained and comfortable beds. The hotel is basic and lacking in the usual items found in virtually all North American properties, i.e. - no microwave, fridge, coffee maker or ice. This, however, appears to be the norm in Europe unless one stays in an "Apart- hotel". Otherwise, very satisfactory.

Surprised at how nice this hotel was!

Very good stay for 2 nights. The staff were pleasant and helpful. Special shout out to Menia, who gave us lots of good information and returned to us an envelope with money that we accidentally left at the reception desk. Room 105 was quiet, clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was very good. The free provided parking was ideal--we were able to leave our rental car there and take the nearby bus directly into the city center. Next door to the hotel is a KFC for a quick bite or a soda, and there was a gas station just 1 block away. The area may not seem like much, but this hotel is really great, especially for the reasonable price we paid! t

Offer a room not cleaned

We checked in after 3pm, but the hotel offer one room without cleaning - still in toilet bowl. Contacting the front desk, they said the room can be make in 30-40 min: But we are not coming to see how the hotel make a room. They later change to offer another cleaned room - then why not from beginning, but make the guest suffer?
