"Location was ok,food was good,the town centre food options could have been better we would go back and do more of the river walk,staff helpful issue with tv but that got fixed."

"The bed was comfy, room was cozy, close to national park and restaurants. Hot tub area needs some attention. Chairs were worn and cushions moldy. No instructions on how to work hot tub. TV only has 13 channels. Otherwise perfect for 1 night."

"Fabulous location. Our Google Maps took us way out of the way. You can drive to the hotel in 2 minutes from the Harappa visitor center. The waterfall hike leaves from there parking lot. Great views from restaurant aas well as from backpackers eating area. Staff is super nice."

As it was I was just passing through the area so really didn't get to make the most of the facilities while I was in Turangi. Only negative was the WiFi which dropped out quite a lot. "
