「Everything was perfect until the morning we left. The cargo elevator stoped working. We called the elevator and waited for 20 minutes for it to come but nothing happened. So we had to carry down the huge luggages which took more time and energy and we were in a rush to catch a bus travelling to another place. It was 2 very high and steep stairs. This was the only bad experience.」

「Cela commençait dès le départ, nous avons eu un problème au niveau du chauffage, c’est-à-dire qu’il ne sait pas enclencher et qu’il a fallu attendre le contact de l’hôtel pour le déclencher à distance. Nous sommes restés plus d’une heure à attendre que le chauffage se déclenche à distance par le propriétaire et le temps que cela chauffe. Nous avons passé la fin d’après-midi et la soirée à 17°. De plus, l’appartement était nettoyé Schuurmans, nous avons croisé les femmes de ménage sans aspirateur...
