The hotel was clean, modern, well furnished, and the suite was spacious. We enjoyed staying there. The only knock is that it's a little way from the Centro (although the bus connections are good) and right across from a big hospital. So there was noise from the ambulances going by frequently,

Nice apartment but marketed as having air conditioning. Yet they confirmed in writing thay they'd switched the AC off. Apartment was very hot at night as it was 29 degrees.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The rooftop is absolutely incredible—perfect for relaxing and enjoying the view. The hotel itself is very clean and well-maintained. What really stood out to me was the staff: they were exceptionally friendly, helpful, and communicative, making the whole experience even more enjoyable. Highly recommended!

Nice clean property which has a convenience store downstairs. We did have issues with the fire alarm (false alarms) going off a few times during our stay however other than that really enjoyed staying here.

Sehr enttäuschend. Viele essenzielle Dinge funktionieren nicht: Abfluss in Wohnküche gibt Geruch ab es stinkt!, Klimaanlage defekt, extreme Lautstärke durch schlechte Fenster - man wohnt direkt neben Krankenhaus mit viel Sirenlärm. Insgesamt stark abgenutzt. Mehr Schein als sein – absolut nicht angemessen. Betreiber wenig lösungsorientiert.

Muy limpio, en excelente estado. Acceso a cercano a autobús y tren, a los puntos de interés llegamos en 20min en promedio. A un lado una tienda para comprar víveres. Muy recomendable.

Clean modern apartment. Great location for the price. Frequent quick busses to the city centre (just tap on with contactless to pay). Reasonable selection of local shops and eateries including traditional restaurants, McDonald’s and a great coffee shop (Michael’s Coffee House). Apartment was a spacious studio apartment with a comfortable bed, well equipped kitchen, sofa, TV, dining table and a nice bathroom. There’s no reception so no awkward interactions with anyone, you are sent access codes by email on the day of arrival. Only slight downside is the location can be noisy outside, but ear plugs are provided. We had a minor issue with something and staff were quick to reply online.

Had a pleasant stay in Seville! The room was spotless, with a comfortable bed and great lighting. The property felt very safe and secure, which was reassuring. However, parking was a challenge—they should make it clear that parking is limited and consider offering discounted options. I ended up paying £25 per night to park at a nearby hospital, which wasn’t ideal

호텔이 너무 깨끗하고 좋았습니다. 모든것이 맘에 들었습니다. 다만 시내에서 좀 벗어나있다보니 차량이용이 불편했습니다. 특히 렌트를 했는데, 주차장이 멀고, 주차시간에 대한 정보가 없어 주차딱지를 떼이고 말았습니다. 주차에 대한 정보를 좀더 자세하게 알려주었으면 좋았겠습니다.

Easy to access, clean and a 30min-1 hour walk from places to visit which is great! The only bad thing is that the cleaning team sometimes comes in without knocking to clean at any time of the day, which is a bit annoying.

Mir hat der Aufenthalt gut gefallen. Es wurde an alles gedacht und als doch Fragen auftraten, war telefonischer Service prompt erreichbar. Einzige Mängel mMn: Die Räume sind etwas hellhörig, was ich jedoch öfter in Spanien erlebe und die örtliche Lage imnerhalb Sevillas ist nicht die Beste. Ä Abgesehen davon, zu empfehlen.
