2泊しましたが、駅近だし、CVSも近いので問題なしでした札幌と函館に来たので大変良かったです、次回は暖かくなってから又おせわになりたいです、10月に来たときも居酒屋にいってカなり良かったんで、次回もよろしくお願いいたします。

駐車場が狭くて大変でした。洗面台のホーローがかなり傷があり汚らしかった。シャワーとガランの切り替えが悪くシャワーが使いづらい。後は傘も貸してくれたし概ね良好でした。

苫小牧市民会館に近くメインの通り沿いにあり、繁華街にも近く立地が良かったです。 スタッフの方は親切でした。 お部屋の清潔感もありましたが、少し洗面台に劣化が見られたのが残念でしたが、快適に過ごせました。

清潔感は平均的なビジネスホテル以上はあった。 次回苫小牧に行く場合にも、宿泊候補になり得る。 トイレを流すレバーが少し壊れていて、水が止まらなくなった（手でレバーを再度動かせば止まった）。

安かろう悪かろう

夏の繁忙期の宿泊だったためか、価格と内容のバランスが取れていないように感じた（とは言っても周辺のホテルと比べると安かった）。一部リフォームされている階もあるようだが、私の宿泊した部屋は設備が古く（ユニットバスだけはリフォームされていた）、とても快適とは言えなかった。もう一度宿泊するのは躊躇してしまう。
