"This is not a 5 star Hotel. (In general) Bad: No service by the pool. No towel service, you have to get your own towels. Poor gym at the Suites building. No change of bedding before after 3 days Music in the pool area Kids that should have been in the kids pool were always in the other pools. No staff to be seen. Good: Breakfast was great (breakfast staff as well) Reception staff very nice Clean room Pool Bar staff"
