Literally will never return to this hotel. We spent the weekend here and had a little get together for the kids birthday, we went to go check out and they didn’t want to give me back my security deposit (which was $200) because the room “needed vacuumed and trash needed to be took out” and the front desk employee said “I’m not making my house keepers clean this room, u can’t get your security deposit back.” The night before I asked for bigger garbage bags to put my garbage in and I got small Kroger bags to use for trash, remind you we were there all weekend eating and drinking! Of course we had garbage to throw away with only TWO small garbage cans to use for 3 days!! I had all the dirty blankets contained in one spot, all the garbage contained in one spot, and all our dirty towels contained in one spot. We left the room as spotless as possible beside a dirty floor with crumbs on it from children, and a pile of garbage. Last time I checked it was the housekeepers duty to vacuum and take out garbage! I had to do both in order to get my security deposit back! I also have pictures of what the room looked like as we left, and what they made ME clean! So as a customer I did the house keepers work for them!!! So not happy!!!! 0 stars!!! Will never return!!!

HelloFor the comfort of all of our guests in the hotel, we do have to have policies in place that prohibit things such as parties in our guest rooms. Should such an event take place there is an extra cleaning fee applied to the guest bill upon departure. This information is detailed in the registration documentation. We are sorry this impacted you negatively. Please keep the policies in mind for future hotel stays.

Overall a good, comfortable stay. There were a few broken, nonfunctional items but nothing that bad—blackout blinds wouldn’t raise, towel holder separating from mall, etc. Breakfast was great, fresh, hot and tasty. Great location for shopping and food! Tony Packo’s just a short walk away. People were all nice.

loved everything about the property my issue is with billing i had to pay for 2 nights when we only stayed one night! The hotel and Expedia ping ponged me back and fourth . Neither place willing to help me with extra bill 😔

There were a few little squiggly hairs throughout my room including in one of the beds. I requested housekeeping to replenish my towels and came back to one of my toiletries I brought missing. I also got locked out of my room and needed to go up and down back to the front desk twice bogged down with bags to get it fixed.

Wrong room provided upon check-in, we booked a double and got a single bed. I booked online third party so I get it, the person at the counter was polite. The elevator was dangerous with how much water was on the floors from the pool. The gym had used towels strung all over. The elevators and our floor as well as the exterior of the building smelled very strongly of marijuana which is unpleasant when traveling with children, regardless of legal status. Our Room was comfortable and clean. My biggest issue was the noise. All night until after 12:30am people were yelling in their rooms and in the hall, and running through the halls making it difficult to sleep. At 3:40am someone hit or kicked our room door so loud it sounded like a gunshot which woke my son and myself up, I was unable to get back to sleep. My son had a very important tryout the next AM. We travel extremely frequently all over the country for our 5 children’s athletic events, at least 2x per month. We have stayed at a Holiday Inn frequently and had very few issues at all. We do not typically complain, but We will not be staying at this location again when in the area.

Good amenities and I felt safe. Hot breakfast and good coffee. Have to look for it tucked behind restaurants. Thermostat was off. Didn’t realize it until halfway through the night. Woke up freezing. I should have checked myself.

We stayed here due to the very high rating. All carpets in the room, hallway, and elevator need a good vacuuming and carpet scrub. The staff was friendly, but we had to ask for multiple things to be restocked during breakfast by going to the front desk. Maybe all of this was due to the high holiday traffic. The room was very comfortable and we got a good night sleep.

Comfortable and clean!
I travel a lot, and I’m pretty picky about my hotels. I loved my stay here. Staff was cordial and efficient, the room was clean, and the bed was super comfortable. This location is definitely going on my list of places to stay again.

Booked a king room and paid for king room. Checked in and all they had for us was room with 2 doubles. Complained and basically they said too bad. They wouldn’t charge me more for the 2 doubles. Not very accommodating.

The hotel itself was clean and modern. Free breakfast was very good and the area was kept clean, and the cinnamon rolls were delicious. My only complaint was trying to get an adjoining room. The room was booked over a month in advance, but they could not guarantee an adjoining room with a fellow traveler. I called the week of our stay, and they were able to put us in side by side rooms but then switched us when we brought up asking (when we arrived) if it was adjoining??!! Those rooms were NOT side by side and the woman at the desk said, “there would have been a room In between anyway”, referring to our other rooms. The other room numbers were 502 and 504. Does she not know that even numbered rooms are on one side of the hall and odd numbered rooms are on the other? Too confusing, so we just said forget it and moved on.

Beds were not cleaned when we arrived . Ask for them to change bedding an was told we would have to change it ourselves since there was no housekeeping staff on the weekends and we leave out and see housekeeping safe the next morning working

Someone came at 4:30 in the morning to power wash the outside of hotel entrance . It was right outside of our room. Didn’t get enough sleep. Our goal was to get some rest before continuing to our trip to Wisconsin.
