Sink was dirty with debris. Bathroom door beat on back bottom. Just old furniture and no outlet charging for phones, had to move night stand to charge. For the amount of money, not worth it.

The staff was friendly and accommodating. The room was clean. I wish they would've enforced the "adult only" swim time from 10pm-12am.

We could barely sleep after a long day & drive due to the extreme noise from the highway. If you're going to build a hotel THIS close to the road...invest in decent noise reduction!! Also, we had asked SEVERAL times at the front desk to verify which credit card was going to be charged for our 2 rooms and STILL the wrong card was charged. This was VERY frustrating.

The lobby was very pretty, clean & cozy. The pool was so cloudy and then when we went to go to bed, we discovered what appears to be dried vomit on the floor and bed skirt so we were going to sleep on the fold out couch but that had blood on it. Overall, we could tell that updates were made in the hotel. However the attention to detail when cleaning was a big negative. The breakfast was gross. The eggs were definitely not real eggs and the sausage patty was, beige. We are scheduled to stay at a different Country Inn & Suites in 2 weeks with a large group. We are hoping for a better experience. Please contact me if you care to see the photos.

The jets for the hot tub were broken. Water in pool & hot tub was dirty. Lots of hair floating in the water, maybe filter wasn't working. Room key cards quit working several times over 2 days. Often no one at desk to get them re-keyed so had to wait. Breakfast was understocked, both coffee's were out, only 1 juice available, no cream cheese for bagels.

I found out when I went out to check out that the door just opens without a card key. I didn't even intend to use the pool, but the water was so dirty that it was ugly.

It was clean and the staff were helpful and friendly. The room was very nice, had a mini fridge and microwave. We couldn't see to the bottom of the pool or hot tub, but everything else was great! Will go back again!

Our room was clean and comfortable. Loved the blackout shades on the window. Nice pool and hot tub. Big breakfast selection (multiple hot items). Staff was friendly and both check-in and check-out went smoothly.

There were small things like the hot tub had floaties and I think the hand lotion was a reused bottle from the previous stay. However everything else was great. The beds were comfy and the staff was very nice.

Am very pleased with our stay. Reasonably priced room, nothing fancy but clean and spacious. Perfectly located to dining options and shopping. Staff was friendly and helpful. Had to leave before breakfast but they encouraged me to grab whatever was available (muffins, yogurt, fruit). Would definitely stay again.

Always enjoy my stay. Although this time I got to my room and all I could smell was cigarette smoke. Being allergic it wasn’t a pleasant stay. The front desk gave me a spray to help but I couldn’t change rooms as they were full. I had to leave the window open and and being on the highway side of the building it wasn’t very restful with all the traffic during the night made for a very long 5 night stay. This does not deter me from coming back. Just was upsetting that I was there for all those nights and couldn’t change rooms.
