Hotel Gracery Shinjuku
Staff was extremly healpful and friendly. Some spoke english well, some spoke phrases. I was sad that the Gozilla lookout was closed but i understand why. Better coin washers and dryers would be great. Spent 3 hours trying dry the same load of 6 cotton Shirts.

Shinagawa Prince Hotel
Everything was great. Clean rooms nice facilities. Great view from the corner room on the 25th floor. Only dislike is the room was small for 3 people.

Very clean and modern hotel. Room feels spacious, but is not much counter space because the furniture is designed to be minimalist. The breakfast spread is very good.
