「The property is in a residential area so it is nice and quiet at night. Consequently, you need to be quiet yourself, but it makes for a perfect night time get away after busy days in the city. There are lots of restaurants in the area providing plenty of food options for lunch, dinner, or a late night snack. With heasy access to Hatsudai station, I highly recommended this stay as a home base for your Tokyo excursions. 」

「Avoid this property at all costs! It was a nightmare, owner couldn’t be contacted for hours (tried to call him and no one picked up the phone) and only after we got a hold of him, he informed us that the place was double booked. We were travelling with 2 young kids and waited nearly 2 hours in front of this property. It was 9 pm and we had to scramble to find a place to stay. The owner offered another location which was in Shinjuku, which is on the opposite of the city. This was a terrible...

「Nice location. Near from metro station and walkable distance to Asakusa area. Perfect place to big family. Everything was clean and tidy except quite old laundry machine. Some air freshener sprays at the toilet were empty. Hope to visit again! 」

「東京に住んでいる親戚と会うために利用しました。かなり良かったので、次回東京に行く際はまた利用したいと思いました。 ●外見は古いですが、中はリフォームしてあるのでキレイです。 ●施設前の道が意外と広く、人の乗り降り、荷おろしも余裕をもてた ●ウェルカムギフトがたくさん！こどもたちと喜ぶお菓子と、大人が喜ぶドリンク(アルコール)まで！ ●バスタオルも小さいタオルもたくさん置いてあるので安心 ●調理器具や食器も豊富にそろえてある ※京王線の近くで、電車の音が気になりました。が耳栓も置いてあり対策済でした。 宿泊者とオーナーのやり取りするノートが置いてあり、宿泊者のメッセージにオーナーさんがちゃんと返信しており、オーナーさんへの信頼感が上がりました。 1泊だけでしたがとても気持ち良く利用させていただきました。 ありがとうございました！」

「とても安いのにお部屋なのにとても綺麗でダブルベッドが4つとキッチン、中サイズの冷蔵庫付きで、とっても良かったです。 シャワーは笑えるくらい超狭かったですが、180㎝の旦那も入れました（笑） ただ、写真ではタオルが用意されていたのですが、当日は無かったので、持ち合わせていたハンドタオルで何とか拭きました。 ロックボックスの連絡を３日前には入れて頂けたら安心できたと思います。 東京に行く時は次回も予約しようと思います！！　ありがとうございました。」
