"This wasn’t as impressive as other Japanese hotels I stayed yet I’d still recommend it. Pros: -Friendly staff -Only high floor rooms and has a very very nice view of the city -Very clean -Has a shower (roof shower) -It’s in the heart of shinjuku yet environment is very clean and respectful. Cons: -A bit pricy for what it has to offer. -Breakfast buffet doesn’t compare to other Japanese hotels. -Some spaces in the room specially shower is a little compact (even more for Japanese standards)."

"This was our first time in Japan! We loved everything about this hotel! The location was wonderful and in a quieter part of the city. Wonderful amenities! Family mart and restaurants on the property. Shuttle to and from the airport. Government building across the street. They had an awesome Pokémon light show! Shinjuku Central Park also across the street. Perfect hotel for families. Thank you for a lovely stay! We can’t wait to come back! "

The staff were incredibly helpful, and communication was seamless since everyone spoke excellent English. The amenities were clean and well-maintained, and housekeeping came daily, which I really appreciated."
