A convenient location to all public transportation in and around the Tokyo area with reasonable pricing, and a healthy and freshly-made breakfast make this accommodation the go-to place when staying in the Tokyo area and frequently traveling. Highly recommended for anyone seeking the same. Can not be beat for accessibility from Haneda airport when taking the Keikyu line train here after a long flight (approximately 20 minutes start to finish)!

Just a quick overnighter a close to Shinkansen station, would stay again for convenience. Bed was a little harder than used to however that is how Japan beds are. Staff were lovely, included breakfast was great to get us on our way.

The room was very spacious, the facilities were very clean, the staff were very helpful and kind. I personally liked the lobby area, although it was more a dining area equipped with kitchen amenities and vending machines. I like this location because it's pretty close to Shinagawa station. It's about 4 minutes so it's convenient especially for an early morning shinkansen trip. The breakfast was good but you must get there early to have a selection. Room was small but functional.

the conversation with counter staff is using google translate, however, all was good. the dining area a bit too small, but they allow us to use the take way box to bring breakfast back to our room that was the plus point. the breakfast was good though.

Small room, but typical of most japan hotel. It's very close to the shinagawa station which is great. Free morning breakfast was fantastic, fresh croissants! soft scrambled eggs, two kinds of soups, salad, spaghetti and more. The only issue we had was the a/c was not really working properly, so it was quite warm in the room.

The staff were professional and helpful. The rooms are small but that is expected in Tokyo. Free breakfast was a nice surprise and it was great for starting my day. The only downside is the noise from Shinagawa station and everything else that is going on outside. Overall, a good place for a relatively inexpensive stay right next to Shinagawa Station.

The hotel is located a few minutes walk from Shinagawa Station, perfect for shinkansen. The rooms are on the small side and the bed and pillows were a bit hard but we were jetlagged and did not care. Many dining options nearby, as well as a small supermarket. The gowns supplied by the hotel are all the same size and very big. The breakfast area is fairly small but the selection of items is adequate. Lots of vending machines in the lobby.
